What we collect
- Your questions and the answers you receive.Relocation and visa questions can be sensitive — only share what you're comfortable sharing. You don't need an account or real name to use the chat.
- Your email address, only if you choose to leave it to receive your plan or a follow-up.
- Answer ratings("Was this helpful?"), used to improve answer quality.
- Basic usage data: anonymous session identifiers, product events (e.g. that a question was asked), a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, and coarse browser information. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and keep context within your session.
- To send you the plan or follow-up you explicitly requested — no newsletters, no marketing lists.
- To improve answer quality and fix problems with the product.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our Postgres database (hosted by Neon) and processed by the service providers that run KORE: Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Anthropic (the AI model that generates answers), and our email delivery provider (used only to send the email you requested). We don't sell your data to anyone.
Retention and deletion
We keep conversation and lead data while it's needed to provide and improve the service. You can ask us to delete your email address and conversation data at any time and we'll honor it.
